You might be wondering where that wall of beer is from. Well, last month I got to visit Brewer’s Kitchen to try out their specialties. This restaurant has more than 100 imported beers, nine handcrafted fresh beers in draft and almost 40 kinds of single malts and popular liquors from around the world. And the list is growing!
Brewer’s Kitchen, a new gastropub in Cebu, will give you a taste of a wide array of imported and craft beers as well as gastronomic dishes made from the best ingredients. Eating and drinking follow a certain style to make your gastropub experience more pleasurable.
Before heading out for dinner: outfit shots! More about what I'm wearing after this massive, mouth watering food photos that follows. Yuppp, we ate them ALL.
Here's a list of my personal faves from Brewer's Kitchen. I'll try my best to name them all haha.
*Rack of Skewers- this house specialty is a mix of Thai Pork, Lemongrass Chicken, Veal Sausage and Hungarian Sausage.
*Mozzarella Bombs -- Italian mozzarella cheese coated in seasoned crumbs and deep fried to golden brown. Served with Pomodoro sauce, our homemade tomato sauce.
*Slow Cooked Beef Belly -- U.S. Beef Belly is cooked and made tender in the oven for eight hours with herbs and spices and served with red wine reduction in order to create the perfect meal for beef lovers.
*This pizza! I forgot the name but its definitely one of my favorite from the dishes served. This is best paired with an ice cold beer
*Sweet Ginabot (idk the name)- one of our appetizer was this weird looking ginabot! Haha i forgot the name but it was my first time to try a ginabot that has a sweet aftertaste
*Salmon- I'm very picky when it comes to fish/seafood dishes and their salmon literally passed my standards! Salmon paired with mashed potato is soooo good
*Salted Egg Hand Cut Fries -- freshly cut large potatoes, fried and cooked to perfection then coated with salted egg.
*Sexy chicken- idk about them but this chicken lasted less than a minute (after taking photos lol)
*Angus Beef Tapa -- slices of fatty Angus beef marinated in soy sauce, calamansi and native vinegar.
Overall, we had a hearty dinner! Definitely recommend this place if you wanna try new dishes or just a place to grab a drink. If you love beer, you should make this part of your bucket list: TRY ALL THEIR IMPORTED BEERS! Lol. As for me tho, I'll stick with the food. Ahhhh.
