I am so honored to be featured in a two-page section for Sunstar's BISDAK MAGASIN. Its my first magazine feature (although this one is local and in our dialect) I am still thankful! Baby steps hehehe. Here are the questions I answered for this section. It was summarized and translated to bisaya.

.*When did you started to be a fashion designer? How many years have you been making fashion designs? I graduated Fashion Design Technology in 2014. I'm officially a fashion designer for 3 years now but i did some rework designs at an early age of 12.
*Who are your customers? My clients are from different walks of life. They are mostly women/girls. I also have clients from different parts of the world. I've shipped my designs to New York, Australia, Canada, and Dubai. But on a daily basis i got student clients that wants to attend graduation balls and debut parties or some mothers who needs a gown for a wedding.
*What inspired you to be a fashion designer? At the age of 7, I started making dresses for my Barbie dolls. I would cut out my mom's curtains and sew it into a wedding dress. Of course it was pretty messy at the time. Through the years i never really had another goal other than being a designer, i guess my main inspiration back then was my childhood dream. Dressing up people and seeing them happy with the result inspires me today to continue learning and creating
* How did you come up with these designs? I have always been fascinated by vintage style and silhouettes from the 50s, 60s, 70s and even 80s! That was the main inspiration of my designs.

*Tell me about your latest collection: This collection is inspired by the bold prints of the 60's with its vibrant colors and the 90s sunflower print. The silhouette is from the 80s and 70's, from bell bottom jeans to front tie top and cropped tops. I added ruffles, flounces, peplums and slit for some modern twist. Overall, the designs i made is about mixing different eras of fashion into one curated collection.
